All settings, controls, and displays are implemented on the LCD touch screen. Designed as a menu style structure, it can display indentation diagonals D1 and D2, hardness scale HV or HK, hardness value, test force, holding time, measurement frequency, Vickers Rockwell conversion value, date and time, measurement statistics, carburizing layer hardness gradient curve, and loading process on different pages.
In the system settings menu, the test force unit (gf or N), LCD backlight, date and time, specified hardness in coating analysis, etc. can be set separately. Through the touch screen, the brightness of the light source can be infinitely adjusted, the tower can be rotated, and the loading can be controlled. The instrument also has a power-off memory function and a timing device for measuring positions. Through the printer, measurement data such as maximum value, minimum value, uniformity, mean value, and mean square error can be output.
All the setting and display are realized on an LCD touch screen.
On the LCD touch screen, it is easy and visual to set hardness scale (HV or HK), date; to select the force unit (gf or N), force duration; to adjust the background of LCD and the brightness of illuminating lamp; to operate the turret; to display and output diagonal lengths of indentation D1-D2, measured HV or HK hardness values, statistics (Max, Min, Ave, deviation), converted HRC values, layer hardness gradient graph, and etc.
